Allen Dickson Apartments Renovation

Four Points Architectural Services, as the lead architects, developed construction documents and technical specifications in coordination with our Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing consultant engineers.

Allen Dickson, constructed in the early 1970s, was a 105 unit 7-story apartment building in Barberton, Ohio. The renovations included removal and replacement of interior plumbing fixtures, equipment and selective piping, installation of a sprinkler system, new lighting in public and private areas as well as exterior masonry and concrete restoration and repair. Reconfiguration of apartments to create accessible units reduced the overall unit count to 82. Site improvements included investigation into additional parking and asphalt repair as well as new or additional landscaping and site lighting.

This renovations allowed the owner to provide a better product to their clients in the area.
